Staying here was a mix of delight and drawbacks. The dining options were superb, with round-the-clock service and delicious Asian cuisine. The staff was attentive, particularly at the swimming pool. Yet, the room size felt a bit cramped for the price. A few smoking areas in dining also detracted from the experience.

The room we stayed in was super cozy, with an amazing bed and pillows that made it hard to leave in the morning. We loved relaxing by the swimming pool and enjoyed a soothing massage at the spa during our downtime. I wish the check-in process was a bit smoother, but it didn’t take away from overall a fantastic trip! 😊

Unfortunately, the wifi connection was unstable at times, which made planning activities tricky. Sometimes service could be slow, and I noticed some elevators had long wait times, particularly during peak hours. Overall, my stay was pleasant, but those few issues were noticeable.

My experience was horrendous. The room was smoking even in places that were supposedly smoke-free, making it unbearable. I faced harassment from individuals in the elevator, which made me feel unsafe. The staff’s attitude was appalling, treating guests differently based on perceived wealth. I expected better from such a large establishment.
